Words are not enough to express my very deep thanks to everyone at TRS Coral and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres for a memorable return to paradise! This is my third visit to these resorts and all of the staff treated me as family!
From the moment I arrived at the gate, then to the lobby and on to my junior swim up suite, I just couldn’t imagine every leaving.
As I walked around both TRS Coral and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, I told the staff, many pictured above, that it wasn’t the food, the rooms or the beaches that keep bringing us back.
It’s them!
Their smiles, laughter and amazing level of service is above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.
When you consider that the management and staff have had to deal with the COVID pandemic, hurricanes and tropical storms, it’s overwhelming that each of them have continued serving us with such kindness.
I also want to thank everyone at the Zentropia spa who made my stay incredible. Please take at least a day to enjoy everything the spa has to offer, especially a massage.
I did take a catamaran trip by VIP Riviera Maya https://viprivieramaya.com/ . The wind and high seas prevented the snorkeling portion of the tour, but the taxi ride around Isle Mujeres was educational and fun. I’m glad that one of the other catamaran guests offered me a Dramamine tablet, because it sure helped tolerate the bumpy waves! I haven’t experienced that much motion on the open seas since my U.S. Navy days!
During my stay, I ate at Capricio every morning for breakfast, Helios for lunch, (The Philly cheesesteak, double meat, with fries and 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream.) I had dinner at El Gaucho, La Boheme (the Beef Stroganoff was very good) and Portofino. All of the dinners were perfect, the service was exemplary and the staff did a great job with COVID preventive measures.
