Let me begin by saying I’m not a fan of Disney cruises.
Speaking as a member of the travel media and as a travel agent, Disney has never reached out to me to report on their cruise line.
The other downside is that Disney cruises are far more costly than other cruises and don’t hit many ports of call.
I will say that I know several families who have cruised on Disney cruise line many times and love it, and now that I have a grandson, he would probably love it also.
The good things that I’ve heard about Disney cruise line is that the accommodations and food are 5-star.
The shows are second to none, especially when Captain Sparrow slides down the yard arm.
In addition, keep in mind that Disney cruise line is the only one that’s authorized to shoot fireworks at sea!
I’ve heard that Disney cruise line give families an amazing greeting when you step aboard, and who can resist a hug from Cinderella or Snow White?
I’m glad to hear that Disney cruise line also has adults-only areas where adults can get away from screaming kids.
The specialty theme dining when the characters come out create memories of a lifetime for little Timmy and Brittany (and Baby Reed).
The technology on Disney is second-to-none throughout the ship; guest cabins, show lounge, kids club and up on deck.
Check out the story below for a less than glowing article including pictures on Disney cruise line.
The fairy tale may be coming to an end for Mickey.
