It’s always a thrill to be invited to share cruise news and advice on WJXT Channel 4 (News4Jax).
The coronavirus has the potential to not only take the lives of thousands, but can affect the tourism industry unlike anything we’ve seen before.
I remember cruise stock stock went down after the Carnival Triumph and Costa Concordia incidents. It took a little while, but stocks did rise again and the public continued to cruise.
One big objection I find from people who refuse to cruise is, “I don’t want to feel trapped on a ship.”
That fear has now been realized with the coronavirus incident on cruise ships.
