Just when you’ve thought cruise ships have done it all, Carnival is adding a roller coaster to its brand new ship, the Carnival Mardi Gras.

Robot bar tenders, bumper cars, a go-kart track and now a roller coaster.

I’ve said it for years; the cruise ship has now become the destination!

For many of us repeat cruisers, we stay on the ship in Freeport, Nassau and other ports of call we have visited time and time again.

Carnival has really taken a huge step in bringing a roller coaster to a cruise ship.

The big question will the roller coaster ride be “complimentary”, or will the “introductory” charge be low, and then, BOOM, an increase, (just like the go-karts on NCL!)
