Carnival cruise line won’t be returning to Europe anytime soon

The last time I sailed in the Med was during 1988 when I was in the Navy!

I know that many Americans have enjoyed sailing on Carnival cruise ships in that part of the world.

A good friend of mine recently sailed on the Carnival Horizon in Europe and found airfare from Jacksonville at an incredibly low price.

MiamiHerald.com is reporting, “The new Carnival Horizon, which left Europe in May for New York and will move to Miami in September, may be the last Carnival Cruise Line ship to offer European voyages, at least for quite some time. President Christine Duffy says Carnival has no plans to cruise in Europe again.”

If you’re looking to cruise in Europe, you still have many options, but sadly, Carnival may not be one.
