Welcome to Day 4 at the Palladium Vallarta resort (Family Selection). I was honored to be invited to the Chef’s Table event tonight.
The Chef’s Table is where either a couple, group, wedding party, you name it, can have an intimate dinner experience. Tonight, mine was held on the terrace of the “La Adelita” Mexican restaurant. The Chef comes out and explains the special menu items that are prepared just for you! The wines selected for each course are thoughtfully explained as well! Music, the amazing sunset and the 5-star service is a dining experience you will never forget. Ask any of the staff about the Chef’s table and they will be happy to assist you!

A friend of mine just messaged me and asked how does Palladium Vallarta compare with the other Palladium resorts. As I’ve said before, each resort is like a different child! Each one is unique in their own special way! You love each one!
Palladium Vallarta is the smallest of all the resorts, does not have carts to transport you around, and has lots of stairs. The resort is perfect for all ages of kids, and adults. The food, entertainment and luxury accommodations are amazing.
