Emotional support animals no longer welcome

Today.com and other media outlets are reporting that airlines and cruise ships are cracking down on bringing your emotional support animal with you when you travel.

Back in my day, you would see a sight-impaired person with his guide dog, but on cruise ships you may see someone with a cute little yorkie!

I get it that people are attached to their pets.

My wife and I own 2 cats, but we would never bring them with us when we travel.

If I were to guess, people just don’t want to pay for boarding their pet!

In addition, it may be hard to find a sitter that you trust.

Sure, being away from your emotional support animal is difficult, but instead of trying to bring your little friend, maybe you can enjoy a staycation!
