It’s always a pleasure to share my perspective on cruise and travel related topics on WJXT, Channel 4 in Jacksonville.
During the interview, I share the latest update from Norwegian Cruise Line regarding steps they are taking, in concert with the CDC, to be able to start cruising again.
I also gave a shoutout to Holland America Line how, in the past, had staff serving food to passengers in the buffet. I am guessing this practice will be seen ship wide in the near future.
While cruise stocks seem to be doing well, my main concern is that frequent cruisers must get back onboard as soon as possible.
Deeply discount prices, fewer passengers, and enhanced cleaning on the ships will be critical for a return to the cruise experience we’ve all come to know and love.
I feel confident that all the cruise lines will work hard to make sure that the coronavirus is prevented from coming on to ships, and if it is detected, dealt with quickly.
