Yes, the Carnival Elation is the oldest ship in the Carnival fleet, one of the old Fantasy class ships.
Carnival has announced that the Carnival Elation will be staying in Jax in 2027 and 2028.
The problem that we have in Jacksonville is that only smaller ships can sail under the Dames Point Bridge, so we can’t accommodate larger ships, but I’m glad that we still have a cruise ship in our neighborhood.
