Those of us in Jacksonville, Fl have been keeping a close eye on Hurricane Dorian. We experienced quite a bit of flooding during Hurricane Matthew in 2016. The track currently takes Dorian off of the Florida coast, but winds and rain can still be a huge factor for everyone in the cone of uncertainty.
